    • Remove and dispose of existing shingles, underlayment, and related materials
    • Inspect and address any damaged or rotted roof deck or sheathing
    • Remove and dispose of existing flashing, vents, and accessories
  2. Installation of new roofing underlayment:
    • Install synthetic underlayment over the entire roof deck
    • Install ice and water shield in valleys, around roof penetrations, and along eaves (if applicable)
  3. Installation of new GAF Timberline Shingles:
    • Install GAF Timberline asphalt shingles according to the manufacturer’s specifications and local building codes
    • Use appropriate roofing nails and ensure proper nailing pattern for optimal wind resistance
  4. Installation of new flashing and accessories:
    • Install new drip edge along eaves and rakes
    • Install new step flashing at roof-wall intersections
